Shipping Notes and Restrictions
Orders are shipped Monday through Friday with the exception of the days on which statutory holidays are observed.
All shipments are F.O.B. shipping point. Shipping options are available during checkout.
Local Wesco Preferred National Carriers will be used for large items, heavy loads and items requiring special handling. Any shipment weighing less than 100 pounds will be charged at the carrier minimum rate.
UPS Next Day - should be delivered by 10:30 AM, 12:00 Noon or the end of the next business day, depending on location. Delivery to remote locations, the Territories, or Nunavut may require additional time. Delivery times are estimates only and WESCO shall not be liable for delays.

Partial Shipping and Backorders
If an item is out of stock and available for backorder, we will show the message "Item available for backorder." If you require estimated lead times, follow the link "Request Lead Time?" next to the item and fill out our online form to request lead time for that item.
If an order or item can be partially filled, we may ship that item(s) on more than 1 shipment, if required, to fill the order line(s).
Special Instructions / Order Notes
Adding unnecessary messages in the special instructions field may delay the processing of your order. Any order placed via buy.wesco.ca that contains "special instructions" or order notes" may be delayed and may not ship the same day. Those orders must be reviewed by a WESCO sales person before the order can be processed.

Displayed shipping costs will be prepaid and added to your invoice. If the material is of excessive weight or size, someone will contact you prior to shipping to notify you of shipping costs.

If shipping costs can't be determined at the time of order placement, actual shipping rates will be determined based on the weight and size of your package. All charges will be at published rates and calculated at time of order shipment.
